Job description
About the Role
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who will shape how users experience our products. In this role you will partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and deliver intuitive, accessible, and delightful experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will own the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and handoff.
Key Responsibilities
• Translate product objectives and user research into wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Plan and run user research and usability tests to gather actionable insights and validate design hypotheses.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate implementation and iterate quickly on feedback.
• Use data and analytics to measure design impact and guide iterative improvements.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design across features and releases.
• Create clear documentation and deliverables to support development and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates strong problem solving, interaction design, and visual craft.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer, etc.).
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing methods.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end constraints to create practical designs.
• Experience creating or contributing to design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design best practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
Why You’ll Love It Here
You’ll have a direct impact on product direction, a collaborative environment that values user-centered thinking, and opportunities to grow your craft by working across research, product, and engineering. If you enjoy solving complex problems with elegant, user-first solutions, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements and user insights into wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile.
- Lead and contribute to user research activities, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations, to validate design decisions.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and reusable component library to ensure visual and interaction consistency across products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements, scope features, and ensure designs are implemented to spec.
- Iterate on designs using quantitative and qualitative feedback, analytics, and A/B testing to improve user engagement and conversion.
- Create clear design documentation, handoffs, and assets for engineering teams; participate in sprint planning and design reviews.
- Advocate for accessibility, performance, and inclusive design practices to ensure products work for a wide range of users.
- Present design rationale and research findings to stakeholders and incorporate feedback while defending user-centered decisions.
- Monitor design trends and emerging interaction patterns; propose innovative solutions that align with business goals.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous design improvement and collaboration.
