Editorial policy
How we write, check and update the guides, comparisons and product pages on CareerCtrl.
Effective ·Applies to CareerCtrl and CareerCtrl Recruit
1. Who writes our content
Guides on the CareerCtrl blog, the Recruit blog, our template pages and our product pages are written by the CareerCtrl team at Mylas Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Visakhapatnam, India. Every article shows who wrote it, when it was published and when it was last updated.
2. How we research
- We write for job seekers and hiring teams in India and the US, in plain English.
- We use primary sources wherever we can: official statistics, employers' and job boards' own guidance, and companies' own product and pricing pages. We link to the sources we rely on.
- Figures that change, such as prices and salaries, carry the date we checked them.
- Advice about resumes and applications is based on how hiring software and recruiters actually work, not on tricks.
3. How we use AI
We use AI tools to help with research and first drafts. A person on our team edits and fact-checks every page before it is published, and we don't publish AI-generated text without that review.
4. Comparisons and our own products
- When we mention CareerCtrl or CareerCtrl Recruit in an article, we say that we make it.
- In comparisons we check each product's own website on the date shown, link to it, and say where another product is the better choice.
- We don't accept payment for placement in our comparisons, and we don't publish fake reviews or ratings.
- We re-check prices and plans in our comparisons at least every three months.
5. Updates and corrections
We review our main guides regularly and update the date on a page when we change what it says. If you find a mistake or something out of date, email support@careerctrl.com with the page link. We'll check it and fix it if we got it wrong.
