We are hiring a Human Resources (HR) Manager to own HR programs and partner with leadership to create an inclusive, high-performing workplace. This role balances strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations and will have direct impact on recruitment, employee experience, and workforce development.
What You’ll Do
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and advise managers on performance and discipline.
• Administer performance management and employee development programs.
• Oversee HR operations, HRIS data integrity, benefits coordination, and compliance.
• Design and implement engagement, retention, and learning initiatives.
• Generate HR analytics and actionable insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with finance and leadership on compensation and workforce planning.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; HR certification preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience with hands-on recruiting and employee relations.
• Experience using HRIS/ATS systems and producing HR reports.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: create job descriptions, source candidates, manage interviews, and oversee offer and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and advising managers on performance and disciplinary matters.
- Administer performance management programs, support goal-setting, provide training for managers on feedback and evaluations, and implement development plans.
- Manage HR operations including HRIS administration, employee data integrity, onboarding/offboarding, PTO, benefits coordination, and payroll liaison.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recordkeeping requirements; update policies and handbooks as needed.
- Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and learning & development activities to improve retention and culture.
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, time-to-hire, headcount, engagement) and produce actionable reports and recommendations for leadership.
- Partner with finance and leadership to support compensation planning, job benchmarking, and benefits strategy.
