About the Role
We are hiring a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to build and enhance web applications that drive user engagement and business value. You will own features from conception through deployment, working closely with product, design, and QA to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
This role is ideal for a developer with ~3+ years of hands-on experience across the stack who values clean code, automated testing, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, test, and maintain front-end and back-end features for web applications.
• Translate product requirements and user stories into maintainable, efficient code.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services; integrate with third-party systems.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure excellent UI/UX and accessibility.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and documentation.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automate builds, tests, and deployments.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in incident response.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team culture.
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience building full stack web applications.
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Backend experience with Node.js or similar server-side technologies.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Working knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Strong HTML/CSS skills and familiarity with responsive design and accessibility.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git workflows, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in an agile team.

Responsibilities
