About the Role
We are hiring a mid-level Financial Analyst with at least 5 years of relevant experience to join our finance team. In this full-time role, you will lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis efforts that support strategic decision-making and improve company performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and deliver variance analysis versus budget/forecast and prior periods.
• Support month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and P&L validation.
• Create management dashboards and KPIs using BI tools to track performance and surface trends and opportunities.
• Partner with business units to translate operational drivers into financial plans and evaluate the impact of initiatives.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling for strategic projects and investment decisions.
• Drive process improvements to increase FP&A efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and coordinate with accounting and auditors as needed.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to finance leadership and non-financial stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and knowledge-sharing to junior team members.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and proven financial modeling experience.
• Familiarity with ERP/FP&A systems and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Adaptive Insights, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with SQL or similar tools to extract and analyze data preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus.

- Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline FP&A workflows and improve reporting accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and GAAP; coordinate with accounting and external auditors when required.
- Present findings and recommendations to finance leadership and non-financial stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to developing finance team best practices.
