Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Executive to own the execution and optimization of our digital marketing programs. This full-time, mid-level role will focus on driving acquisition, engagement, and retention through paid and organic channels while working closely with product, design, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across search, social, display, email, and content.
• Optimize paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) for performance and ROI, including budget management and creative testing.
• Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic and search visibility.
• Execute email marketing and automation to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Create and oversee content for blogs, landing pages, social, and ads that align with brand strategy.
• Track campaign performance with analytics tools, prepare reports, and present insights with actionable recommendations.
• Run A/B tests and CRO activities to continuously improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage external partners to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and social advertising platforms.
• Practical knowledge of SEO best practices and email marketing platforms.
• Skilled in analytics (Google Analytics, GTM) and comfortable creating performance reports.
• Experience with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS is beneficial.
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Relevant degree or certifications preferred (Google, Meta, HubSpot).

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (search, social, display, email, and content) to meet lead generation and revenue targets.
- Create and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter), including keyword strategy, bidding, creative testing, and budget management.
- Own on-page and technical SEO initiatives in collaboration with content and web teams to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and automation workflows to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
- Produce and coordinate engaging content (blog posts, landing pages, social posts, ads) and ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and dashboards; provide weekly/monthly reporting with insights and recommendations.
- Conduct A/B tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments on landing pages and ad creatives to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to align marketing activities with product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed to scale campaigns and manage workload.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices; proactively propose new channels or tactics to accelerate growth.
